As a Veteran, do I qualify for a property tax exemption?

There are two ways to qualify for a property tax exemption.

Be a 10 percent or more disabled veteran by the VA.
Volunteer as a low income veteran, this program is managed by the Human Resources Department

1. As a Veteran, do I qualify for a property tax exemption?

2. How do I rent the Veterans Center?: Please go online or call 978-537-2303 and leave a message and someone will return your call. Please do not call the Leominster Veterans Services office, as we do not book the hall.

3. How do I know if I am donating to a real Veterans Charity?: We recommend that you do not donate to any Veterans Charity that calls your home. Traditionally, those organizations give very little to the veterans they say they are supporting. The best value for your dollar is to donate locally. All of our Veterans groups are all volunteers and there is no "overhead".
