After years of utilizing private ambulance services to provide Advanced Life Support, the City now has expanded the Leominster Fire Department to provide our own ALS service. The LFD now has their own ALS personnel that can respond immediately and start Advanced Life Support care if needed and transport to the appropriate facility. Great job by all for bringing this service to Leominster!
