Clean Heating and Cooling - MassCEC's Clean Heating and Cooling program offers rebates to support the installation of renewable heating and cooling technologies at homes across the Commonwealth. The program offers these rebates for a number of technologies that offer a high level of comfort, while often being more cost-effective to operate than traditional systems and reducing the carbon footprint of homes and businesses.

Commonwealth Solar Hot Water - On September 1, 2014, the Commonwealth Solar Hot Water program announced changes to the solar hot water construction applications. For more information, please see the following "Commonwealth Solar Hot Water, Summary of Changes - September 2014" document.

Commonwealth Wood Stove Change-Out - This program is now closed to new applicants. Please sign up for emails to learn of future program offerings. The Commonwealth Wood Stove Change-Out program, a partnership between MassCEC, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Energy Resources, offers rebates to assist Massachusetts residents in replacing non-EPA-certified wood stoves with cleaner, more efficient EPA-certified wood or pellet stoves.

Mass Solar Connect - Mass Solar Connect seeks to increase the adoption of small-scale solar electricity systems for members of participating Massachusetts-based non-profit groups through an outreach and education campaign coupled with competitive pricing.

Mass Solar Loan - Mass Solar Loan focuses on connecting homeowners who want to install solar electric systems with lenders to help finance the projects through low-interest loans.

Production Tracking System - The Production Tracking System (PTS) is a database used by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) to track the production of renewable energy systems that are installed throughout the Commonwealth. The PTS provides MassCEC with the information necessary to monitor and evaluate the performance of renewable energy systems and the effectiveness of its renewable energy programs.

Solarize Mass - Solarize Mass seeks to increase the adoption of small-scale solar electricity in participating communities through a competitive tiered pricing structure that increases the savings for everyone as more home and business owners sign contracts.
