If you want to appeal your ticket, you must do so within 21 days of the receipt of the ticket. Please call the Collectors office and you will be given a Hearing Date and Time. Hearings are held once a month at City Hall and the person appealing the ticket must be the registered owner of the vehicle that was ticketed. If you cannot attend the hearing you may appeal the ticket in writing and send it to the collectors office prior to the hearing date. Late fees will not be charged while you are waiting for your scheduled hearing date.
